Feedback matters: If something isn’t working with your assistive technology or you run into a barrier, please tell us. We use reports to prioritize improvements.

1) Our approach

We aim to build pages that work with common assistive technologies and modern browsers. As the site evolves, we test and iterate to keep accessibility improving over time.

2) What we’re working toward

We strive to follow widely used accessibility guidance (such as WCAG principles) across navigation, color contrast, text scaling, and media alternatives. When full conformance isn’t yet possible, we focus on reducing the impact and offering practical workarounds.

3) Helpful features you can expect

  • Keyboard-friendly navigation for key interactive areas.
  • Readable typography with responsive sizing and clear spacing.
  • Media support such as captions/transcripts where available, and controls that can be paused.
  • Assistive tech compatibility with screen readers and read-aloud tools where supported.

4) Known limitations

Some third-party content or embedded tools may not fully support every accessibility need. When we rely on external providers, we encourage them to improve accessibility and we look for alternatives if issues persist.

5) How to request help

Email accessibility@neweraskills.org and include: the page URL, what you were trying to do, your device/browser, and the assistive technology you use.

6) What we do with reports

We review accessibility feedback, track issues, and prioritize fixes based on severity and frequency. If you share contact information, we may follow up with questions or provide an update.
